Tuesday Nov 15 - Wildwood

Another supplier in town at work. We went to Wildwood (last time I was there was with yet another supplier nearly a year ago).

I probably should have gotten something a little fancier, but I was craving a burger. And what a burger it was. Thick, juicy, cooked to order. I got mine with cheddar and bacon. The bacon was amazingly crisp without being overdone, a thin line to is too often crossed. Fresh bun, not too dry. Grilled onions, a touch of mayo, and pesto. Very tasty.

The burger is served with fries. Unfortunately, I must admit that the fries left quite a bit to be desired. They were limp and undercooked. The seasoning was spot on, though, and I found enough well cooked fries in my stack to enjoy. I also found a couple extra pieces of bacon hidden in my fries. A super surprise.
