Friday Nov 18 - Dockside chef salads all around
Ah, Friday's at the office. Get in a touch late, but am still the first person there. Put in a good morning of work, and decide to break for lunch around 12:30. No one else brought lunch either, so I offer to make a run down to the Dockside to pick up salads. Everyone agrees. Me, large chef, no olives, ranch dressing (which will be give to Slim E. I use oil and vinegar), Slim E., large chef, everything, thousand island (or is it French? He will mix this with my ranch for a Slim E., original), and Lady E., half chef salad, no dressing, no olives.While I am running to grab the salads from down the street, the two E.s pick out our wines. 2003 Borsao Campo de Borja, 2002 Spencer Roloson La Herradura Syrah, 2003 Nora "Pietan" Albarino, and 2004 Wine By Joe Pinot Blanc.
We eat, drink, and talk, and then someone (probably me) suggests hangman. Lunch runs until 3:30, when I head home.
Please note on the hangman board shown here, there are no missed letters. I guess it was pretty obvious to everyone what this clue was.
