Saturday, Dec 3 - Turkey Enchiladas
ST, who is SF's roommate, makes turkey enchiladas for us tonight. This is the LAST of the turkey in their house, and I am happy to do my part to make it go away. Green chiles, turkey, cheese, tortillas, wrapped and baked. Absolutely tasty. Also, a side of tomato/potato soup. Mmmm.
