Thursday, Dec 1 - Caught up
Finally, all caught up. This morning, coffee, toasted bagel with butter and a little salt, eaten listening to NPR and filling out medical forms for my new doc. I haven't been to a doctor in like 10 years, so I figure it is time for a check-up. Forms turned in today, and appt. tomorrow morning.
