Tuesday, Dec 13 - Bagel Sandwich
This morning, I am drinking a new kind of coffee. I got a gift card from some very kind friends, and decided to put it toward buying a half pound of the most expensive beans Stumptown had. I got Panama Esmeralda Especial. Stumptown.com has this to say about my new coffee..."Esmeralda Especial is grown on Finca Jaramillo owned and operated by the well-known Peterson Family. The coffee has an extraordinary character; like the Don Pachi Reserva, Esmeralda Especial is a Geisha variety which originates from Ethiopia. The cup has massive floral flavors (jasmine and fruit blossom) along with apricot, meyer lemon, mandarine orange, mango, bergamot, rose water and moscato d' asti wine."
Also, with my bagel, I fry an egg in olive oil, melt some Bravo Farms chipotle cheddar on top, and add a little salt and pepper. Great breakfast.

Good lord, that sounds so delicious. I'm a huge fan of fried eggs.
Lately, I love Stumptown's Guatamala Finca. Very smooth and dark-chocolatey.
