Fri, Jan 20 - Vepadoe's Deli

Pouring wine at an account on Alberta tonight. Need a bite to eat before the event begins, as we will certainly be busy until 9. 'Round the corner is a new deli, Vepadoe's .

Vepadoe's comes highly recommended. I wander in and fill in the order form. Salami and Pepper Jack, Lettuce and Cukes, Mayo and Mustard. On sliced Grand Central Como. Not bad, but certainly not great. I could have easily made this at home. On the side, a small bag of Salt and Pepper Kettle Chips, and for dessert, a pumpkin/chocolate chip cookie (the best part of the meal, but then again, when isn't dessert the best part of the meal?).

Oh, they proudly proclaim that they use only Boar's Head meats (the finest Fred Meyer has to offer!). Eh. Not bad, if you are in the area and need a basic sandwich, stop on by, but not worth heading to Alberta for.
