Wednesday Nov 2, 2005 - Breakfast

Starting the day off right today. You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? So, 7 grain toast with honey, one of the Pinata apples, stumptown coffee from my French press.

The apple, you ask? A bit of a letdown. Nice and juicy, with a good crunch, but I found the texture a little pasty. Kind of like when flour doesn't really mix into gravy properly? You know? And the flavor was merely average.

On that note, my food group, Edible Porn, is doing an apple tasting next week. I wonder if Pinata will do better when tasted blind against it's competitors. Watch the EP page for results in a few weeks...

Alma did not enjoy her lamb last night. This morning's beef was much more to her liking.
